Scott is an improviser, writer and actor in New York City. He is a member of the UCB Maude Team Thunder Gulch, the improv team Postfontaine, and sketch group Quincy.
Scott seems to have been displaced in the fabric of time, as a more appropriate era for him to have lived in would be the 1920s.
