History

Mustang Sally's was established in 1993 by two brothers from County Tipperary in Ireland. The name of the restaurant was an homage to "The Commitments," an iconic Irish film about a blues band based in Dublin. The main song on the soundtrack was Wilson Picket's "Mustang Sally."
