Jason Chin started coming to improv shows at iO in the mid 1990s. After going through the program, he soon began producing his own shows in the Del Close Theater and was named the Artistic Director producing a number of different shows including:

He performed for many years in The Armando Diaz Experience, Theatrical Movement and Hootenanny and taught various levels in the iO Training program. He wrote Long-Form Improvisation & The Art Of Zen: A Manual For Advanced Performers and kept many online journals over the years:

Jason passed away on Thursday January 9th, 2015.
