Improvathon

The first Improvathon (or Battle of the Improv Giants) took place October 4th to October 9th, 2011 at Uncle Fatty's Rum Resort in Chicago, Illinois. $10,000 in prize money was awarded to three teams:
- 1st Place: Dozen Red Roses ($8,000)
- 2nd Place: Virgin Daiquiri ($1,500)
- 3rd Place: DMNK ($500)
Winners were determined by a combination of voting by audience and by pre selected judges.
Qualifying Rounds
There were five qualifying rounds. Two teams (marked in bold) advanced to the finals each night.
