Harold Teams may refer to:

  1. house improv teams that perform the Harold on Harold Night at the UCB Theatre.
  2. house improv teams that perform the Harold at iO (formerly ImprovOlympic).
  3. improv teams that perform Harold independently or in other theater venues.

House teams are organized by the artistic staff of the theater; independent teams are organized independently.
