Created and hosted by Shannon Manning, an independent improv show that was held at the Parkside Lounge. The most recent incarnation was from 2003-2004, at which time Drinkytown passed the Wednesday night reins to Ash Wednesday.

Drinkytown generally featured 2-3 improv groups. One regular show was the politically-inspired Red All Over. Another was the rotating cast of experienced improvisors organized by Terry Jinn known as Uno, which was a precursor to The Project.

Drinkytown also hosted weekend drop-in improv workshops.
