Couples Skate is an improv show created and co-hosted by Sean Clements and Brandon Gardner. The show pairs up some of New York's top improvisers together for the first time for fifteen-minute two-person sets. Each show also features an improv set by Sean and Brandon. Some of the great never before seen pairings on Couples Skate have included Christina Gausas and Neil Casey, Joe Wengert and Jason Mantzoukas, and John Gemberling and Michael Delaney. Premiering in the Mondays at 11pm spot in May of 2008, Couples Skate ran at that time until September 2008 when it was replaced by the stand-up show "Whiplash."
