Brian is a performer at the UCB Theater. He is a member of the Harold team Bastian, the three-person powerhouse Classic Masculinity, and the independent team Don Flamenco, as well as an actor in several original videos. Brian is originally from Bethesda, Maryland. While majoring in English at Princeton University, Brian also performed with the short-form improv group Quipfire! along with fellow future NYC improvisers Ellie Kemper and Scott Eckert. Before studying at UCB NY, Brian studied at iO Chicago with Charna Halpern and Miles Stroth. Brian currently works for the Japanese newspaper "Yomiuri Shimbun," the largest newspaper in the world, where he investigates American business stories. He is also a frequent contributer to several magazines, including "Real Simple" and "Details". This reputation of expertise has led him to be a source of financial advice to many in the UCB community, even though he openly admits that he has no idea what he's talking about.
