Andy McCann studied improv with Carol Bugge, Tom Soter, and Rob McCaskill in NYC. He has performed with “Please Don’t Feed the Actors” (1994), Wingnuts (1995), the Basement Players/Pop 6 (1996; directed by Matt Walsh), Beluga Joe (1996; one performance only, but what a show!), and Sunday Nite Improv (1995-2001). Andy also performed at the Toyota Comedy Festival in NYC in 1995, 1996, and 1998 (with CCL). He joined the Chicago City Limits Touring Company in 1997, and taught Level I Improv at CCL in 2000 and 2001. He has done live readings for playwrights such as Leo Jenicek (“Everyday Thing”) and Rob McCaskill (“Heterosexuals”). In 2001, Andy had a second kid, and what with the new house and getting promoted at work, he was never heard from or seen again, except on Facebook.
