Andrew Jupin is an improviser and sketch performer living and working in New York City.
Andrew has been a sketch performer since 2004 and an improviser since 2008. He got his start in comedy by writing and performing sketch with the troupe he co-founded, the Gashouse Gorillas. His introduction to long-form improv was a visit from the UCB tour co. back in his college days.
He began improvising in 2008 and has studied at both the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and the Magnet Theater. He has been lucky enough to study with great teachers like Gavin Speiller, Ari Voukydis, Eric Tanouye and Armando Diaz.
Co-founded the sketch troupe, the Gashouse Gorillas with fellow comedians Stephen Sajdak, Justin J. Case, Adam Schulmerich and Sean Weiner. Their past shows include: Living in a Monotheistic Society, Come Clean, Welcome Home Gary Oldman, and Steppin' Out on Christopher Street among others.
