Origins
Cleanest River in America started as a three-piece group consisting of Dan Leif, Jake Goldman and Justin Robert Young in the summer of 2005. The three met at Syracuse University in a sketch group they had created, known as "Penguins Without Pants." Their first actual show was at the Improv Asylum in Boston on September 30th, 2005.
Lineup Changes
In 2006, Justin Young left the group and Jessica Stickles, also a Syracuse graduate, moved to the city to fill the void. In 2007, Goldman quit the group and was replaced by Daniel Luddy. The final show was performed by Luddy, Stickles, Leif and Goldman.
